About Fabrisync  ·  Est. 2024

Built by engineers.
Trusted by brands.

Fabrisync was founded on a single conviction: fabric sourcing demands technical depth, not just commercial hustle. We are led by textile engineers who have spent years on factory floors — and that changes everything.

Our 360° Service

Academic Foundation

Bangladesh University of
Textiles — BUTEX

BUTEX is ranked among Asia's most rigorous textile engineering institutions. Our leadership team hold B.Sc. degrees in Textile Engineering with specialisations spanning fabric manufacturing, yarn engineering, dyeing chemistry, and quality control — the same technical disciplines that run the world's great mills.

This is not background detail. It is the reason our QA reports hold, our negotiation positions stick, and our clients receive exactly the fabric they specified.

What We Deliver

360° Service.
Sourcing to doorstep.

Every step is handled in-house by our own engineers — not subcontracted, not delegated to a broker. The same team that sources your fabric signs off on it.

01

Sourcing

The right fabric starts with the right specification.

Finding the right fabric at the right price is a technical decision before it is ever a commercial one. Our engineers assess fibre composition, yarn count, weave construction, and finishing standards before a single price conversation begins — so you never receive a beautiful swatch that fails production.

Yarn engineering · Weave analysis · Fibre science

02

Negotiation

We negotiate on specification, not just price.

We go directly to mill owners and production heads — not middlemen. Our technical fluency means we can negotiate on thread count, tolerance bands, and dye lot consistency, not just FOB price. The result: better terms, fewer surprises, and contracts that hold.

Direct mill access · Bangladesh & global

03

Quality Assurance

Every metre is verified by engineers, not agents.

In-line and final inspections carried out by trained textile engineers against AQL 2.5 standards. We physically measure GSM, width, colour fastness (wash, rub, light), shrinkage, and pilling resistance. Nothing ships without a signed QA report.

AQL 2.5 · ISO 105 colour fastness · Shrinkage testing

04

Logistics

From loom to label — end to end.

We handle freight forwarding, export documentation, HS code classification, certificate of origin, LC management, and last-mile delivery coordination. Our clients receive clean, cleared shipments — and nothing else to worry about.

18 countries · Air & sea freight · Full documentation

"The best fabric is the one your customer never thinks about — they simply feel it. Our job, as engineers, is to make sure every yard you receive is exactly that."

— Rafiul Islam, Founder & Lead Textile Engineer

What We Believe

01

Provenance First

We trace every fabric to its origin — the field, the mill, the loom. Provenance is not a marketing word to us; it is the foundation of quality.

02

Restrained Curation

We do not list thousands of fabrics. We offer fewer, better options — each one selected by our engineering team and renewed each season.

03

Transparent Pricing

No hidden margins. Our partners see exactly what a fabric costs and why — from raw fibre to delivery at your studio.

04

Long Relationships

We are not a marketplace. We are a partner. Every client has a dedicated engineer-advisor and every supplier is a long-term ally.
